This technical innovation is located in the SAP Equestrian Experience Center that borders the RRV riding area. Furthermore, it guides riders in positioning their legs and reins. The so-called “Sir Waldo” is programmed to simulate several disciplines, such as dressage, jumping, and cross-country riding, and closely examine the saddle’s weight distribution. In 2019, the Walldorf Riding Club (RRV), working with SAP, introduced the Racewood Simulator to its students and teachers – a robot horse that reproduces horses’ movements in virtual training sessions. Groups are welcome, the simulator is situated in a warm training room with mirrors and tea/coffee making facilities and toilets.As an advocate of equestrian sport for almost 10 years, SAP took another step to combine technology and sports with SAP Business Technology Platform.

We can also offer lessons with a biomechanics RWYM coach. Saddles can be changed to accomodate a GP, Dressage, childs saddle or one of yours. Lessons can be booked with one of our instructors or with your own. Riders of all ages and abilities can use the simulator and it is very useful for fitness and nervous riders.
